1. Acceptance
By using TradeLens, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. What TradeLens is
TradeLens is a software tool for logging trades, calculating performance metrics, backtesting strategies, and (in Pro) analyzing chart screenshots with AI. It is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
3. What TradeLens is NOT
- Not a broker — we don't execute trades or hold funds
- Not financial advice — we don't recommend what to trade or when
- Not a signal service — we don't predict markets
- Not a guarantee — past performance shown in your journal doesn't predict future results
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use TradeLens. By using the service, you confirm you meet this requirement.
5. Free tier and Pro tier
The free tier provides the full dashboard, metrics, and exports. It is supported by ads. The Pro tier ($10/year) removes ads and adds AI features, cloud sync, and multiple named sessions.
Pro subscriptions auto-renew annually unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.
6. 30-day money-back guarantee
If you upgrade to Pro and aren't satisfied within 30 days of purchase, email us at hello@trade-lens.top for a full refund. After 30 days, the subscription is non-refundable for the current period, but you can cancel to prevent renewal.
7. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the service to violate any law
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service
- Resell or redistribute the service without permission
- Upload illegal content, malware, or content that violates third-party rights
- Abuse the AI analysis feature with non-trading-related images or bulk automation
- Share your Pro account credentials with others
8. Your data
Your trading data is yours. We don't claim ownership over it. You can export it anytime. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled.
9. Intellectual property
The TradeLens software, brand, design, and documentation are owned by us. You're granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service for personal trading journaling.
10. Service availability
We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with notice. For paying customers, we'll provide pro-rated refunds if a major feature is discontinued mid-subscription.
11. AI analysis disclaimer
The AI chart analysis is an automated interpretation and may be wrong. It should not be used as a basis for live trading decisions. We don't guarantee accuracy of pattern detection, win/loss attribution, or coaching suggestions. Use your own judgment.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeLens and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or data loss, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months (or $10, whichever is greater).
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify TradeLens against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
14. Termination
You can stop using TradeLens anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
15. Changes to terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Significant changes will be announced. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TradeLens is operated. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
